We recently completed a 2,400 sq. ft., 23-foot-tall commercial metal building in Julian, CA—custom-built to serve the growing needs of small-scale meat producers. Now home to Carrisito Ranch's retail meat operation (www.carrisitoranch.com), this structure blends rugged functionality with rustic style.
Designed for efficiency, the building features:
An insulated foundation supporting built-in freezers
Full drainage throughout the floor for cleanliness and easy maintenance
Integrated fire sprinklers for safety
A roll-up door for smooth deliveries
On-site customer parking
Inside, customers are greeted by a vintage barn-inspired space with wood-paneled walls, a full meat display, and a retail counter designed for both charm and flow.
This project is a prime example of how thoughtful design can elevate commercial functionality—offering a purpose-built space that supports operations while reinforcing a brand’s identity.
